My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room we initially got was not soundproof, and it was quite dirty, but after being moved to a better room, we had a great time. The water park could have been cleaner, although overall, my family enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back.

I enjoyed the deck overlooking the water park but was disappointed that the room was dirty and had unfamiliar odors upon arrival. The service lacked professionalism and was unhelpful when requested. Despite the location being away from the hustle and bustle and having great views, my boys had allergic reactions to the water, affecting our stay.
