My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room we initially got was not soundproof, and it was quite dirty, but after being moved to a better room, we had a great time. The water park could have been cleaner, although overall, my family enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back.

I enjoyed the deck overlooking the water park but was disappointed that the room was dirty and had unfamiliar odors upon arrival. The service lacked professionalism and was unhelpful when requested. Despite the location being away from the hustle and bustle and having great views, my boys had allergic reactions to the water, affecting our stay.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while clean, felt outdated and the beds were not very comfortable. However, the cleanliness was impressive. On the downside, our room wasn't ready until late on the first day. The service had its ups and downs, with some staff being rude, but others were really nice and helpful. The location was convenient overall, but not as advertised, and cleanliness was lacking in some areas. The dining experience had its flaws, with a lack of clarity on options, but had a nice touch with a designated picnic area. Overall, a stay with both good and bad aspects.
